Your stand, cash, recipes, goals and settings are saved on your device only. We don't run servers that store your game, and we can't see your progress. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Reminders ("your lemons are waiting") are local notifications scheduled on your device. You can turn them off with the Notifications switch in the game's Settings.
The only in-app purchase is Citrus Premium, a one-time, optional upgrade. It is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and we never see your payment details. Everything else in the game (stands, pets, upgrades and flavors) is bought with in-game cash you earn by playing. The game keeps a record on your device that you own Premium so it carries over between updates, and your Apple ID or Google account lets you restore it on a new device.
The game offers optional clips in three places: doubling what your franchises earned while you were away, a bonus on the day report, and early help when you're out of supplies. Nothing plays unless you tap to watch. Citrus Premium gives these bonuses without a clip.
Clips are provided by Google AdMob. We ask Google for non-personalized ads only, rated G (suitable for all ages). On iPhone and iPad, the game does not ask for permission to track you and does not access your device's advertising identifier. On Android, Google's ad software may read the device's advertising ID to prevent fraud, limit how often a clip repeats and measure ads. It is not used to personalize ads, and you can reset or delete it in your Android settings. To show and measure a clip, Google may collect:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| A device identifier (on Android, this can include the advertising ID), and device type and OS version | Delivering the clip and preventing fraud |
| Approximate location derived from your IP address | Showing ads that make sense for your country |
| Clip interactions (loaded, watched, tapped) | Measuring ads and paying the reward |
| Crash and performance information from the ad software | Keeping ads working |
This data is not linked to your identity by us. Google's use of it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Where the law requires it, Google's consent message appears the first time you open the game, and clips load only after you answer. You can change your choice at any time from Settings, using "Ad privacy choices".
Citrus Empire is made to be fun for all ages. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children: there is no sign-up, chat or sharing in the game, ads are non-personalized for every player, and only content rated for general audiences is requested.
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above. For questions, email citrusempire.support@dilloncain.com.
