- Open the Shop tab and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) you bought it with.
- Does my progress carry over to a new phone?
- Your progress is saved on your device. If you restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one, your game comes with it. Purchases can always be restored with Restore Purchases.
- What do bonus videos do?
- They're optional: watch a short video to double a free gift or your welcome-back earnings, get 2× profit for an hour, a Time Skip, a Golden Lemon chest, or a bigger tip from a rare guest. Remove Ads + 2× Forever gives all of these without a video.

- Every Friday to Sunday you earn festival tickets for a reward track with Golden Lemons, manager card packs, a Time Warp and that weekend's exclusive stand style.
- What happens when I franchise or go public?
- Franchising resets your street for stars that boost profit forever. Going public trades stars for shares that make every future star stronger. Golden Lemons, pets, styles, manager cards, achievements and purchases are always kept.
- How do I turn off reminders?
- Use the Notifications switch in the Shop tab, or iOS Settings > Notifications > Citrus Empire Idle (on Android: Settings > Apps > Citrus Empire Idle > Notifications).
- How do I change ad tracking?
- On iPhone: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads (or Google > Ads). Your rewards are the same either way.
